It's All About the Roll

About InfiniteJellyroll

My name is Chris Lockhart and I live in western North Carolina. On November 13, 2004, I started InfiniteJellyroll, a small independent record label. The main purpose at present, is to provide a means by which I can release the music I produce as Vacant Sky Parlor, Violet Mongoose and Kirkbride. In time, I intend to work with other musicians to provide a variety of unusual experiences in sound and vision.

In the second half of the 90s, I was half of the Athens, Ohio band JellyGirl. Jimmy Kisor, currently of The Goodbye Goats, was the other half. As Jellygirl, We produced a couple of audio cassette releases, and one final cd release. The cd, 'ShoeString Pop', was released on Infinite Jellyroll Records. Five years later, I resurrected the name, dropping the space and the word "Records". That's the story in short, and enough to keep you going.
